Fill and submit the Application Form with the following documents: 3 x Pictures of new student, CPR (photocopy) of new student, Passport information page (photocopy) of new student (copy of RP if non-Bahraini), Birth Certificate (photocopy) of new student, Record Book of immunization, vaccination, etc.
